Pixea processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its Ordinance (DPO). Only the data that is necessary is collected, for clearly defined purposes.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). On every visit, Netlify automatically processes the technical data needed to run and secure the website, in particular the IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited and the browser type. This data is not used for profiling.

When you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email, phone if provided, company or business, message) is transmitted via the Netlify Forms service, stored by Netlify and forwarded to Pixea by email. It is used solely to handle your request and reply to you.

This processing is based on your request and on your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box. You may withdraw it at any time by email.

As Netlify is based in the USA, data may be processed there. This disclosure relies on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the FADP, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. No data is sold or passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

This website uses no tracking cookies, no audience analytics and no advertising pixels. Fonts are served from this website itself: no data is sent to third parties such as Google Fonts.

Requests sent through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle them and maintain the business relationship, then deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations (for example for accounting).

Under the FADP, you have in particular the following rights:

• the right to access your personal data;
• the right to have inaccurate data corrected;
• the right to erasure or restriction of processing;
• the right to receive or transfer your data;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
