Pixea is a web design studio based in Lausanne. My name is Rafik Aramyan, I’m an engineer by training and I build every website myself: the structure, the design, the on-screen text, the development and the launch.
In practice, you’re never passed from one department to another. The person who listens to your needs is the one who writes the code. We can meet in Lausanne or talk by phone and video call, whichever suits you best.

Why static websites rather than WordPress
Pixea websites are generated as static pages. There’s no exposed database and no plugins to update every week. The result: a website that’s faster, safer and needs very little upkeep. It’s also an advantage with Google, which takes loading speed and mobile usability into account.
Prices and timelines stated up front
A one-page website starts at CHF 790, a 3 to 5-page website at CHF 1’490. Before any work starts, you receive a written fixed-price quote setting out the content, timeline and price. Hosting and the domain name are billed directly by the providers, in your name.
Once the quote is approved and your content is ready, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks until launch.

Do we need to meet in Lausanne?
It’s not necessary. I’m happy to work in person in Lausanne and the surrounding area, but many projects are done entirely by phone, email and video call.
What should I prepare before we start?
Ideally your logo, a few photos and the key information about your services. If you don’t have any texts yet, I’ll help you structure them; full copywriting is available as an option.
Do I remain the owner of my website and my domain?
Yes. The domain name and hosting are in your name. The website is yours once it has been delivered and paid for.
Can you guarantee the top spot on Google?
No, and nobody can honestly guarantee it. I deliver a technically sound, fast and well-structured website, which gives you good foundations to be found. The rest also depends on your content and your competitors.
What if I already have a website?
I can redesign it: a review of the existing site, migration of the useful content and redirects from the old addresses, so you don’t lose visitors arriving from Google.
